German home appliances brand Gaggenau is collaborating with Kitchen Infinity, Gaggenau’s sole distributor in Hong Kong and Macau to celebrate the distributor’s 30th anniversary with a series of cooking master classes. Titled the Gaggenau Culinary Artisans Program, this workshop gives guests the opportunity to get hands-on training from the city’s best chefs, with the most premium kitchen appliances. Through the programme, home chefs can take their culinary skills to the next level.
The Gaggenau Culinary Artisans Program includes hands-on cooking classes for 14 students per session at KI Island South Galleria in Wong Chuk Hang. Coming up in the master-class series will be celebrated chefs such as Olivier Elzer of the soon-to-open St. Regis Hong Kong on 30 August, Ferran Tadeo of Spanish restaurant La Rambla on 27 September, and Esther Sham of French-Asian eatery Maison Es on 25 October.
