The grand opening of The Seafood Room, Hong Kong’s latest upmarket eatery, recently took place atop Causeway Bay’s Tower 535. The organisers went with a distinctly aquatic theme, complete with fish-clad models and a welcoming mermaid on the door. A sumptuous buffet was followed by a party, complete with a DJ and live band on the patio overlooking Victoria Harbour. Among the 600 invited guests was Oscar-winning actor Adrien Brody and members of the local glitterati.
