Hot on the heels of the opening of the Rosewood Hong Kong hotel back in March, the luxury hotel group has just unveiled a whole new offering within the same complex – the sumptuous Rosewood Residences. Designed to cater for long-stay guests with impeccable taste, the property – which boasts a stunning 270-degree panoramic view of Victoria Harbour – is heralded as being a flagship destination for the Hong Kong-based hospitality group. While its lofty claim of representing “a paradigm shift for luxury residential living” may seem overly confident, it’s one that the Rosewood Residences truly delivers on.
In all, 186 self-contained apartments are on offer, ranging from the 581sq.ft studios and the 1,109sq.ft one-bedrooms all the way to the four beautifully-appointed penthouse apartments perched atop the 64th floor that inhabit over 3,500sq.ft each. Intended to recreate the comforts of home while maintaining the utmost standards of opulent luxury, guests will be treated to a highly personalised service that caters to their every need, be it stocking the fridge with groceries, walking your prized pooch while you’re in the office, or doing your laundry free of charge, guaranteeing a truly hassle-free stay.
With wellness clearly of paramount importance in the property’s design, every resident of the Rosewood Residences Hong Kong will be afforded access to a whole host of high-end facilities, including a state-of-the-art gym, a standalone personal trainer studio and a dedicated yoga space. The true crown jewel, though, is Club 53, a residents-only lounge area. The brainchild of visionary interior designer Tony Chi, the 53rd floor-set space features sumptuous double-height spaces with full views of Victoria Harbour. Here, guests are invited to partake in complimentary breakfasts or snacks, as well as refreshments from the well-stocked pantry, or simply curl up on one of the plush leather sofas with a good book to escape the pressures of everyday life.
What’s more, a whole new level of wellness will be arriving this autumn in the form of Asaya, Rosewood’s signature integrated wellness concept. Set to occupy two whole floors, it will offer massage therapies, fitness activities, specially-catered food plans and much, much more.
Speaking of this unique hospitality experience, Rosewood Hotel Group CEO, Sonia Cheng said: “Rosewood Residences adds a whole new facet to being ‘in residence’ and brings world class services and amenities to the guest experience. The specialised attention to detail and creating a bespoke experience for residents that emphasises privacy, security but also provides access and convenience – and of course, adding all the touches of home and customisation to a level not seen in serviced apartments – are the cornerstones of what makes the Rosewood Residences Hong Kong… the finest example of its kind worldwide.”
